I've been busy baking these days. So many good breads and prep/baking methods to choose from!!. This is a recipe I created recently. I modified a recipe I first saw on Kneady Homesteader and also one from the internet. I think this recipe is best described as the "offspring" of the "marriage" of the Nutella Star Bread and the Italian Herb Braid Bread. It makes a very large sweet bread. I used organic ingredients (except for the Nutella). The recipe can be cut in half for a smaller loaf or to prepare the dough in a bread machine using the dough cycle. I originally planned to make the filling with brown sugar and cinnamon until I remembered I had Nutella in the pantry. Naturally, the chocolate filling "won".
